The Royal Parks' Learning Team offer an exceptional standard of inspiring education with expertise, passion and a warm welcome in the central Royal Parks. Connect with nature and learn about the park environment, wildlife and heritage with hands-on practical activities in Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, St James’s Park and Brompton Cemetery.
We run a wide range of safe, secure and fun learning experiences for all ages. Led by our expert team, you and your students will get to explore the park and learn all about the vital green spaces that The Royal Parks look after in the heart of London. Alternatively, we offer live interactive online sessions for those that can't visit us.
Activities and courses include:
- School visits to the parks
- Unique live online sessions to support your teaching, both in the classroom and for remote learning
- Comprehensive and easy to use downloadable teaching resource packs
"We thought it was fantastic... most impressed as both sessions have completely covered map work and the orienteering aspects of the National Curriculum" - Teacher commenting on their Year 6 group enjoying our two-part "Navigate Hyde Park" session
